Exchange Policy

Merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of the day you receive your package. For items received after this time period, we will deny the return. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with tags attached. We do not refund shipping charges. Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 7 business days and you will receive store credit code to use on your next purchase. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  

You may NOT return:
*SALE/CLEARANCE items, Swimwear, cosmetics, JEWELRY, lingerie, sunglasses, scarves, belts, and gift certificates. 

Trouble with your order?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.   If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or the wrong item, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
